Apex Ultra respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. Our guiding principle is data minimization: we keep the least information necessary to run the service.
What we collect
- Email address, for your receipt, login, and account communication.
- Subscription status and a Stripe customer reference, so we know your plan is active.
- Broker connection (Pro and Elite only): your own brokerage API token, used solely to place and manage trades on your account. It is encrypted at rest.
What we do not collect or store
- Card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Government identification, physical address, or any data we do not need to operate the service.
How we protect your data
- Broker tokens are encrypted at rest and stored with strict file permissions, accessible only to the service.
- Each account is isolated, so one client's data is never mixed with another's.
- We never sell your data, and we never share your broker token with any third party.
Your control
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@apexultra.com. On request we erase your billing records and remove your broker connection. You can also disconnect your broker yourself at any time.
We hold your brokerage token only to operate the trading service you subscribed to. We never withdraw or move your funds. You keep full custody of your account.
